Pre-Order Shipping

Combined Shipping: When you place an order that includes both in-stock merchandise and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order and ship all items together. This means your in-stock items will be reserved and shipped simultaneously with your pre-order items.

Shipping Date: All orders containing pre-order items will be shipped in February 2024. We will endeavor to ship as close to the beginning of the month as possible, but please be aware that shipping dates are subject to change due to factors that may be out of our control. We will keep you informed of any changes to the expected shipping date.

Separate Shipments Option: If you prefer not to wait for in-stock items, we recommend placing a separate order for those items. Separate orders for in-stock items will be shipped according to our standard shipping policy.

Order Changes: Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be split or combined with new orders. Any additions to your order will be treated as a separate order and will be shipped according to the item's availability.

Cancellation: If for any reason you decide to cancel your pre-order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. Be aware that cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee if the pre-order period has ended.
