Refunds, Returns, and Final Sale Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bonk.

Because many of our products are produced in limited runs, we keep our returns process structured to protect inventory accuracy and fulfillment speed.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received:

  • new
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • undamaged
  • with original tags attached
  • packed appropriately for return shipment

Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be self-initiated through our website using the return process provided there.

If your return request is approved, follow the instructions provided through the return flow to send your item back.

Approved returns that are not shipped back and received within 30 days of the return request may be closed.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for approved returns submitted through our return process.

Refunds, Restocking Fee, and Store Credit

Approved returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If you prefer, you may choose 100% store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method once the return is received, reviewed, and approved for restocking.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Exchanges

Bonk does not offer direct exchanges.

We do not hold inventory, reserve replacement sizes, or swap returned items for other products.

If you want a different size, color, or item, you must place a new order separately. This is the only way to secure the item you want while it is still in stock.

You may place the new order either before sending your return back or after your return has been processed.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed to confirm it is still in new condition.

Items must arrive back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and properly packed. If an item does not meet these requirements, the return may be denied.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
