Refunds, Returns, and Final Sale Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bonk.

Because many of our products are released in limited runs, our return policy is designed to keep fulfillment efficient and inventory accurate.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in new condition, meaning they must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• undamaged
• with original tags attached
• packed appropriately for return shipment

Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return

Via your order confirmation, you may request a return. If your return is approved, follow the instructions provided through the return flow to send your item back.

Approved returns that are not received within 30 days of the return request may be closed.

Return Shipping

Approved returns submitted through our return process include free return shipping.

Refunds, Restocking Fee, and Store Credit

Returns approved for refund to the original payment method are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Customers may instead choose 100% store credit once the return is received, reviewed, and approved for restocking. Please let us know if that's the route you'd like to go in your return request.

After a return is received, we may contact you to confirm whether you prefer a refund or store credit. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days of the return being received, the return with restocking fee will be issues by default.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Exchanges

Effective 4/15/2026, Bonk no longer offers direct exchanges.

We do not reserve inventory, hold replacement sizes, or swap returned items for different products.

If you want a different size, color, or item, place a new order separately and submit your original item through the return process if eligible.

Final Sale

The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

• items marked Final Sale on the product page or in the cart
• items discounted 40% or more
• items purchased from a designated clearance or Final Sale collection, including the Summer Final Sale
• items purchased during Black Friday promotional periods
• any item specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Final Sale status is determined at the time of purchase and applies regardless of the discount code used.

Inspection

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items must be returned in new condition. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or improper packaging may be denied.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right. This applies to Final Sale items as well.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During sales, product launches, and peak periods, processing may take longer. We will keep you updated if there is a significant delay.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs authority.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

These Terms govern your use of BonkSupply.com and BonkCo.com (the “Site”) and the services provided through them, operated by Bonk Supply LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons, you will receive a full refund.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates, and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Orders and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our payment providers.

5. Returns and Final Sale

Returns, refunds, and Final Sale terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images, is the property of Bonk Supply LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bonk Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
